• We will discuss needed and desired services upon arrival.
• Because we tailor grooming to individual pet's comfort zone,  pick up times are impossible to predict. If you need to pick up your dog by a certain time, please let us know so we can accommodate you.  PLEASE DO NOT CALL OR TEXT FOR UPDATES. Such calls interrupt the grooming process and throw us out of whack.
• We will inform you when your pet is finished. IT IS CRUCIAL THAT YOU ACKNOWLEDGE RECEIPT OF THAT TEXT. If we are left hanging, it disturbs the daily work flow.
• Part of "the magic", and what enables us to keep our prices REASONABLE is our ability to handle several pets at once - each in a different phase of grooming. So called "straight through" grooming is available, and will add $100 to all other charges.
• Coat Condition Charges (CCC) Due to Extra Time Required - $10 per additional 15 minutes beyond normal.
• Schedule time slots are drop off times. Work does not always begin upon arrival. Pets are put in rotation to maximize efficiency as well secure the daily schedule.
• As hard-working service providers, we take snack and lunch breaks to stay healthy and strong.
• Prices include sales tax.
